  • I cannot find my tickets?
    If you cannot find your ticket, head to the ticket purchase page, click on the ‘More Information’ tab, select ‘Resend my Email’. If you need further assistance, please email support@yourticketbooking.com, where someone from Redbox Ticketing will be able to help you or alternatively you can call on 0333 242 7912 Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding bank holidays.

 

  • I want to resell my ticket
    If you intend on selling your ticket, please email support@yourticketbooking.com, where someone from Redbox Ticketing will be able to help you or alternatively you can call on 0333 242 7912 Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding bank holidays.

 

  • What time is last entry?
    Last Entry is 5pm for both Wonderland and Dreamland Jouvert. You will not be permitted in after this time nor eligible for a refund. 
  • I bought tickets for 2020 Dreamland Jouvert, are they still valid?
    If you have existing tickets, these will be valid for 2021. Only tickets distributed by Redbox ticketing are valid. If you cannot find your ticket, head to the ticket purchase page, click on the ‘More Information’ tab, select ‘Resend my Email’. Contact our ticket support if there are any issues. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.If you received a refund in 2020, you will need to purchase a new ticket as your old ticket is no longer valid.

 

  • I experienced multiple charges on tickets bought, can I have a refund?
    If you have had an issue with extra charges when buying your tickets, please contact support@yourticketbooking.com or alternatively you can call on 0333 242 7912 Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding bank holidays.

 

  • With what tickets can I receive a complimentary Dreamland Jouvert 2021 T Shirt?
    Complimentary T shirts are only included with VIP Tickets and Early release Tickets from our 2020 launch date. 

 

  • Can I bring my own food and/ or drinks?
    External food and drinks can NOT be brought into the event space. A variety of food (including vegetarian/vegan) and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the day. Please see event TERMS AND CONDITIONS for medical exemptions.

 

  • Will there be a cloakroom?
    Yes, there will be a designated area where you can store your belongings for a small fee.

 

  • How does it work with paint and powder on the day?
    You will receive two 100g packets of coloured powder and two 500ml bottles of paint. Additional can be purchased on the day.

 

  • Do you take card payments?
    Yes, the bar and most food vendors will be able to accept card payments (subject to minimum payments), however we advise you also carry cash with you in the unlikely instance of any issues with card machines.

  • Is there a limit in what I can bring in?
    Your cooler must not bigger than 24L. All liquids need to be in a clear plastic bottle and you will be required to ingest some of it at the entry gate.

 

  • Do I need a costume to enter?
    No you do not however it is strongly advised as this is a Celebration of Caribbean Unity.

 

  • Can I use my Dreamland Tickets to Enter?
    No, to enter Wonderland you will have to purchase a Wonderland Ticket. Coach and Car parking Tickets must be purchased separately

 

  • I have experienced some issues with my ticket, who do I speak to?

  • Will there be a cloakroom?
    Yes, there is a cloakroom which you can purchase online at a cheaper rate than on the day.

 

  • Do you take card payments?
    Yes, the bar and most food vendors will be able to accept card payments (subject to minimum payments), however we advise you also carry cash with you in the unlikely instance of any issues with card machines.
  • Can I bring Food?
    Outside food is not permitted. We will have a lot of lovely different food vendors with a very large variety of foods on offer
